From Susan:
“My painting medium is oil; my subject matter includes landscape, still-life, portraits and figures (especially my grandchildren); and my style could be termed realist/impressionist. Light, color and form all excite me, but reflective surfaces have always held a particular appeal. Sunlight dancing on water, shapes refracted through glass, trees mirrored in still water, color and shape reflected on a metal surface, light defining a child’s luminous skin. I love to paint it all!”
